How does the app quantify my off-screen time?

The app uses motion sensing in your phone. Rather than relying on app blockers or time limits (which are often ignored), Reclaimwell guides you to putting down your phone so you can be fully present in the moment.

Can staff members’ families use the app?

Yes! Staff members can invite up to 5 free family members or friends per license to encourage accountability and shared growth. This allows them to build better phone habits together at home, reinforcing the same principles they’re leading with at church.

Can we use this with our congregation?

Starting January 1, you will have the opportunity to enroll your congregation in a 21-day app experience designed to spark lasting digital wellness habits. Enrollment details coming soon.

Will I still get calls, texts, and notifications when using the app?

Yes! Reclaimwell does not disable any of your phone's functionality. You will still hear it ring or vibrate. We like to say your phone is out of sight but not out of service.

How do I connect with my team once I download the app?

You will automatically join your team’s “Circle” once you complete the onboarding process to start measuring your team's collective time away from phones.
